Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer two reliable shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country’s customs procedures. We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent.
Policy Duration: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been opened:
- Fragrances: All Celebrity, Classic, Designer, and Luxury perfumes and colognes for men and women.
- Skincare Products: All Anti-Wrinkle Treatments, Bestselling Skincare, Cleansers, Exfoliators, Eye Care, Face Masks, and Luxury Skincare items.
- Makeup: All Face Makeup, Foundation, Eye Makeup, and Lip Makeup products.
Returns are only accepted for these specific categories if the product is faulty or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Care Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and product details.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with confirmation of your eligibility, a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, and the return shipping address. Do not send anything without an RA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s processing times. Please note that only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or fragrance within the same product category, subject to availability. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference. Please follow the standard return process to initiate an exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
We meticulously inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
